Ben Sharp designed and fabricated the Sharp Exhausts 79 Series system specifically for the platform - a DPF or TURBO BACK exhaust built for the 4.5L V8 diesel, optimised for improved fuel economy, increased power and performance, and an enhanced V8 sound. Sports & Performance Exhausts

Available as a full custom build or a quality bolt-on system, whichever suits your car and your budget. Custom systems are designed around your vehicle and what you want from it. Sound profile, ground clearance, performance targets, we work through it with you and build it accordingly.

Every custom system is hand-made in-house from quality mild or stainless steel, bent and cut to suit, and welded by hand.

Bolt-on systems are supplied and fitted from quality Australian manufacturers, including XForce, Redback and Pacemaker Headers - proven systems for a wide range of makes and models.

EXTRACTORS

Extractors replace the factory exhaust manifold to improve engine breathing, increase torque and unlock more power, one of the most effective performance upgrades for naturally aspirated engines.

The right set of extractors can make a noticeable difference to how your vehicle pulls, particularly at low to mid-range RPMs where you need it most.
 

We supply and fit bolt-on extractors from quality Australian manufacturers, including Pacemaker Headers, Advance Headers and Redback. Built to suit your make and model, fitted right here in Sunbury.

Custom SYSTEMS

Custom systems are at the core of what Sharp Exhausts does. If you have a specific vehicle, a specific requirement, or a build that doesn't fit any standard catalogue, that's exactly the kind of job we're set up for.
 

Every custom build starts with a conversation about the vehicle and what you want to achieve. From there, the system is designed, the tube is cut and bent in-house on our bender, and the whole thing is welded by hand.

We can design for maximum ground clearance, a specific noise output, performance targets, or aesthetic requirements. If you can describe it, we can build it.

Standard Systems & Exhaust Repairs

Not every job needs a custom build. If you want a reliable, cost-effective solution that gets your vehicle back on the road and passing inspection, call us, and we'll work out the best option for your vehicle and your budget.
 

We also carry out exhaust repairs for leaks, cracks, broken hangers, and damaged sections. If something doesn't sound right or you've got an exhaust issue ahead of a roadworthy inspection, bring it in, and we'll take a look.

Beyond exhaust work, we carry out general steel fabrication and welding repairs at the workshop.
